View snapshot source volume linked volumes

TimeFinder SnapVX is a local replication solution that is designed to nondisruptively create point-in-time copies (snapshots) of critical data.

Steps

  1. Select the storage system.
  2. Click Protection and select Manual SnapVX from the Protected Storage Groups section of the summary panel.
  3. Select a storage group, click An icon showing the letter i, and click the number next to Number of Snapshots.
  4. Select a snapshot and select An icon showing the letter i to open the snapshot Details view.
  5. Click the number next to Source Volumes to open the snapshot Source Volumes list view.
  6. Select the volume and click An icon showing the letter i to open the snapshot source volume Details view.
  7. Click the number next to Linked Volumes to open the snapshot source volume Link Volumes list view.

    The snapshot source volume Link Volumes list view enables you to view and manage the linked volumes for a snapshot source volume.

    The following properties display:

    • Name—Name of the volume
    • Storage Group—Storage group that contains the target volume
    • State—Snapshot state
    • Snapshot Timestamp—Date and time the snapshot was created.
    • LinkTimestamp—Date and time the link was created.
